Extract from the Particulars of Sale, 1910

__________________________________________

The Agricultural Portion of the Estate

is divided into Sixteen Excellent Farms and several Small Holdings, occupied by Pactical Tenantry. The Land and Buildings generally are in good order, in fact the Estate has been well maintained in every way.

The Rents are unduly low.

All Sporting is Reserved to the Landlord, and the Fields are protected by wire-netting against ground game.

The Agricultural Tenancies generally are Yearly from Michaelmas subject to twelve months' notice.

The written Agreements and leases can by inspected at the Solicitors' Offices by appointment.

The Tenants pay all Outgoings, except Tithe Rent Charge and Land Tax.

There are excellent Markets within easy reach, and there is a good demand for Farms when they become vacant.

The Repairs are done by the Tenants, the Landlord generally finding material.
